Bloody Beets

Ingredients (in this exact order):

•Beets

•Vinegar

•Water

•Sugar

•Allspice

•Clove

•Cinnamon

Behold: Bloody Beets—because plain beets just weren’t dramatic enough. These ruby-red beauties are pickled with spice, sass, and the unshakable precision of a veteran science teacher who clearly had one too many lab hours and not enough therapy.

The recipe? Straight from Grandma’s cryptic kitchen scrolls—equal parts love and passive-aggressive measurements. Made with all-local ingredients (because we’re not monsters) and canned on equipment that probably predates the moon landing.

One job, folks: press the lid. If it pops or moves, that beet’s gone bad. Don’t be a hero—ditch it.

Stay bloody, stay safe.
